• PhD in Business Law with Cum Laude distinction from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais – 2016.
• Master in Business Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais – 2007.
• Graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais – 2003.

William Carvalho has extensive experience in business disputes, especially those involving corporate conflicts and contracts. William was coordinator of the litigation area of the Legal Department at ALE Combustíveis S.A., having acted in all ongoing actions involving the Company, in several Brazilian states.

He was also a lawyer at important firms, working in important corporate, real estate and corporate restructuring operations.
He is currently a Consultant in Law at the Legislative Assembly of the State of Minas Gerais, a position exercised due to his approval in a public examination.

William is a university professor and currently teaches International Business Law in the Postgraduate Course at CEDIN – Center for International Law.

William is also a member of the Brazilian Arbitration and Arbitration Committee of CAMES Brasil in disputes involving corporate contracts and corporate law.
